New Releases: What upcoming games are you looking forward to?
I think this is a fun action rpg. I picked it up because at the time I wanted a change from turn-based RPGs, but still wanted the story, character development, and game size of an RPG. I feel like this game met my expectations and surpassed them in some ways. The voice work is well done. The mechanics are pretty solid. Character development happens primaraly through items instead of stats.
GRIPES: At times this game feels a little too young for me. I have played other kid friendly games that didnt make me feel so much like I was playing a game for children. My only other gripe is that the camera sometimes ends up in some bad places. Objects that obscure vision are often made translucent and you can control the camera from the pause menu, so its workable. But during boss battles at times its hard to keep track of where you are in relation to the enemies and the cliffs.
